Celebration of the Trounwiessel at the Embassy of Luxembourg in Copenhagen

On Friday the 3^rd of October, the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Copenhagen celebrated the Trounwiessel, marking the change of Grand Duke. On this occasion, around forty guests gathered at the Embassy to pay tribute to Grand Duke Henri and to welcome his successor, Grand Duke Guillaume.

Guests had the opportunity to follow the official ceremony on television, sharing this historic moment together from Copenhagen. The event was highlighted by a warm and authentic speech from the Ambassador, followed by a convivial reception where guests enjoyed Crémant from Luxembourg and traditional Luxembourgish pâté, celebrating this historic transition in true Luxembourgish style.

The evening also served as an opportunity to reaffirm the strong ties of friendship and cooperation between Luxembourg and Denmark, in a spirit of continuity and shared values.
